Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Express shipping: $15.00

Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed and sent to our supplier partners within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after processing. Large items such as hay bags and blanket bags may take slightly longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple packages

Our products ship directly from several US supplier warehouses. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, it may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking number. You are only charged shipping once at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as each package ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at hello@timbercreekstore.com with your order number and we will help.

Address changes

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
