30 day returns

If something is not right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email hello@timbercreekstore.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, since many products return to the supplier that shipped them.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. In those cases send us a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Items we cannot accept

• Opened or used fly sprays, shampoos and other liquids
• Used fly masks, halters or hay bags
• Books that have been written in or damaged

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
