Where do you ship?

United States only, for now.

How much is shipping?

$8 standard, free on orders of $70 or more, and $15 express.

How long will my order take?

Orders go to our suppliers within 1 to 2 business days and most arrive 3 to 8 business days later.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box?

Products ship directly from different US suppliers, so a mixed order can arrive in separate packages.

How do I pick the right fly mask or halter size?

Check the size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us your horse's breed and approximate height and we will help.

Which slow feed hay bag should I choose?

Smaller openings slow feeding the most. Pick 1 to 1.75 inch openings for easy keepers and larger openings for horses new to slow feeding.

Can I return something?

Yes, unused items within 30 days. See our Returns page.
